Take a tour of the factory as you make your way along Highway 101 for a personal encounter with pepperjack and close dairy cousins. Don't miss the famous squeaky cheese, or an ice-cream cone crowned with a scoop of Brown Cow when you're done learning the basics of cheddar making.
