Description
The Bill Moore Lake trail is a short but very pretty route up to Bill Moore Lake, this road leaves from the town of Empire just off the interstate. A few steep sections and some loose rock make high-clearance 4wd vehicles a necessity. The scenery at the high-altitude lake is spectacular.
