Annadel State Park offers quality mountain biking on old fire roads in the heart of California wine country.
Annadel State Park encompasses almost 5000 acres of terrain and its old fire roadways wind past abandoned cobblestone quarries. The roads are studded with cobblestones, at times becoming rock gardens, which add to the difficulty of climbing and descending. Riders will ride through forests and past lakes and marshes along the trails in Annadel State Park, navigating trails that at times become exposed and challenging.
The trails in Annadel State Park are well marked with directionals and signs. In addition, riders should be aware that a parking fee is required at the trailhead.
