Phillips Reservoir is a man-made lake created by Mason Dam. The lake is 2,350 acres and is open for boating, fishing, camping, and other outdoor and water activities. Fish species include coho salmon, smallmouth and largemouth bass, rainbow trout, yellow perch, and black crappie. There are camping and boat launching facilities at the reservoir.
