Description
Bike from Provo Canyon's South Fork to Windy Pass . . . if you can. This is a very difficult trail that has no less than a 3,300-foot vertical climb. The trail surface is rough, the effort is intense, but there is quite the view at the end.

Basic Directions
Turn south in Provo Canyon onto the South Fork Road. Go three miles, turn right at National Forest access and drive until you reach the large parking lot at the end.
